About the position

The Customer Experience Specialist position at Relief Factor is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and support. This role involves assisting a growing customer base by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through phone and email communication. The specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting the company's wellness mission.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and resolve high-volume telephone calls and emails.
  • Create new customer accounts and recommend additional products and services.
  • Answer general questions about products, promotions, returns, refunds, cancellations, and shipping/tracking information.
  • Process customer orders.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Washington State, Nevada, or Arizona.
  • Call Center experience (preferred).
  • Strong sales and cross-sales skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem solve, think quickly, and multi-task.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Technical savviness and ability to learn systems quickly.
