The Customer Experience Specialist at NerdsToGo serves as the first point of contact for customers, playing a crucial role in introducing them to the brand and its services. This position involves ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly assistance, coordinating with technicians, and managing daily operations within the store.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Answer inbound calls generated from marketing and advertising activities
  • Conduct outbound marketing, guerilla marketing, and community outreach activities
  • Invoicing and other basic bookkeeping activities
  • Schedule service calls using field service management software
  • Manage purchasing and inventory
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
