This position involves ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly assistance, coordinating with technicians, and managing daily operations within the store.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Answer inbound calls generated from marketing and advertising activities
• Conduct outbound marketing, guerilla marketing, and community outreach activities
• Invoicing and other basic bookkeeping activities
• Schedule service calls using field service management software
• Manage purchasing and inventory
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• People-oriented with the ability to build rapport with clients
