About the position

The Customer Growth Marketing Manager at Meta is responsible for developing and executing educational marketing programs that assist advertisers in improving their advertising outcomes. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can build partnerships with sales leaders and product marketing teams to create holistic marketing strategies tailored to the needs of advertisers. The position demands adaptability to evolving marketing practices and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and execute regional programming that aligns with business priorities by assessing advertiser needs and defining scope for new opportunities.
  • Orchestrate the production of large-scale educational programs such as in-person events, webinars, and content marketing campaigns to inspire advertisers and facilitate decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, creative shop, product marketing, marketing science, and business engineering to provide proactive solutions for advertisers.
  • Partner with the audience strategy team to determine budget, timelines, and activations of the work, aligning it to regional priorities.
  • Communicate fast-moving changes to processes and best practices with cross-functional teams and integrate them into programs.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders across account teams, business solutions, product marketing, and Global Business & Product Marketing.

Requirements

  • 6+ years professional experience in marketing in a digital-marketing focused role.
  • Experience contributing at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
  • Experience working with senior-level stakeholders across the organization.
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-making experience.
  • Customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity.
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply.
  • Experience creating compelling programs, presentations, and demonstrated project management experience.
