Customer Integration & Support Engineer

About the position

Join the dynamic Irdeto Integration and Support team. In this customer-facing role, you'll integrate, deploy, and support cloud-hosted OTT Multi-DRM and Rights Management, Watermarking and Keying solutions for leading media companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of Irdeto solutions into customer environments, working closely with product development and operations teams.
• Provide advanced Tier 2 support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Oversee end-to-end testing to ensure product functionality and quality.
• Document installations, use cases, and customer requirements for internal and external audiences.
• Provide hands-on training to customers and occasionally deliver onsite services.
• Offer strategic feedback to the product team on integration issues and customer enhancements.
• Follow ISO and ITIL processes and support the software development and release process.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in customer-facing software integration.
• Proficiency in RESTful web services, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, LUA, bash/kshell), and logging services (Splunk).
• Experience with OTT Streaming solutions and DRM technologies (Google Widevine, Apple Fairplay, Microsoft PlayReady).
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, CI/CD concepts, and tools like Jira.
• Programming experience (Java preferred) and AWS experience are a plus.
• Proven track record in hands-on integration and support roles.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
