About the position

As a Customer Lifecycle Business Analyst at Donaldson, you will play a crucial role in maximizing business value from sales orders, shipments, and invoicing processes. You will work within the Customer Service Center of Excellence team to ensure strategic alignment across business units and drive globally standardized business processes. This position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and the application of industry best practices to enhance customer experience and internal efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver maximum benefits for customer experience and internal efficiencies through business process development and troubleshooting.
• Support initiatives with Vertical Business Unit stakeholder teams to build processes, define requirements, and prioritize initiatives.
• Screen intake of new ideas and tickets to scrutinize for scope and severity, establishing relative priority and proposed global solutions.
• Facilitate conversations between the IT development group and business units for evaluation, requirements, validation, and implementation of process improvements.
• Continuously enhance expertise in Customer Sales Order lifecycle processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and technical industry certifications or significant equivalent work experience.
• 3 years relevant work experience in sales orders, customer architecture, pricing setups, and workflow automation.
• Expertise in Oracle e-Business Suite, Oracle ATG e-Commerce, Oracle Analytics Cloud Tools, or similar Enterprise Business systems.
