Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the Dedicated Transportation Solutions business vertical.
  • Manage all aspects of Operations and Account Management.
  • Lead and develop a team of direct reports, focusing on performance management.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
  • Plan and schedule daily operations effectively.
  • Manage health and safety compliance and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse industry required.
  • One or more years of direct supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) required, with advanced skills preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of the logistics industry required.
  • Understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain Management components required.
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production required.
