About the position

The Customer Marketing Manager at Directive Consulting plays a vital role in driving customer growth and satisfaction within the Internal Marketing team. This position focuses on enhancing customer engagement, building case studies, and coordinating events to support both new and existing business. The role requires collaboration with various teams to execute marketing strategies that align with customer needs and company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Operations team to drive customer growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to build case studies and highlight wins
  • Drive customer reviews to relevant sites
  • Coordinate customer meetups and customer event engagement
  • Develop and execute a customer engagement playbook with the marketing team
  • Deliver assets to drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) in collaboration with Operations and Portfolio growth teams
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization
  • Support and grow existing referral programs
  • Oversee marketing communication strategy with customers
  • Ensure accurate CRM management with sales and operations to facilitate growth
  • Market to current customers to keep them informed on all products offered to drive expansion

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working in or with B2B SaaS
  • 2+ years in a Customer Marketing Role
  • Foundational understanding of B2B marketing, particularly in paid ad strategy and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong collaboration and execution skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Proven success in driving customer growth metrics
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Quality-obsessed with a passion for advertising

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment
