About the position

The Customer Marketing Manager at PG Forsta is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and advocacy. This role involves collaboration with various teams to create compelling content and marketing campaigns that showcase the value of the company's solutions to existing customers, ultimately fostering strong relationships and promoting customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Create targeted marketing materials such as case studies, white papers, testimonials, newsletters, and blogs that highlight customer success stories and product benefits.
  • Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, events, webinars, and content marketing, to engage and educate customers about our products and services.
  • Support customer advocacy programs, including reference programs, customer advisory boards, and the client awards program, to build a community of enthusiastic brand advocates.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment in customer communications.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the healthcare technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to create content, including copy writing and proofing, and work with the creative team to place into layout.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Passionate about understanding customer needs and creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
