About the position

The Customer Master Data Intern position at Zoetis is designed to provide support in data cleansing and management of customer accounts. The intern will gain hands-on experience in creating and maintaining both direct and indirect customer accounts, as well as working with various internal systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity. This role is ideal for students looking to apply their analytical skills in a practical setting while contributing to the overall efficiency of the company's data management processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain direct and indirect customer accounts
• Link Master Data for direct and indirect customers
• Access database processing to match data for NARC, SAP, and AHN
• Perform data cleansing for legacy company data through integrations
• Conduct data cleansing for internal Zoetis systems, including upgraded system preparation in SAP, NARC, and AHN

Requirements

• Requires Excel experience for data validation and report comparison
• Analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and high accuracy
• Time management skills and innovative thinking
• Ability to communicate and present customer master specific information to a wide audience
• Verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Knowledge and experience with SAP order to cash system functionality preferred
• Audit support experience and SAP technical expertise preferred
