About The Position
The Precision Animal Health (PAH) Customer Onboarding Specialist (COS) is responsible for providing an exceptional onboarding experience for customers within the Zoetis ecosystem. This role focuses on facilitating training and education on the genetics product lifecycle, ensuring customers have a positive first order experience, and maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the onboarding process.
