About the position

As a Customer Onboarding Agent at Prestige Financial Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience for new customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized guidance to each customer during the onboarding process, conducting welcome calls and assisting them in understanding their financing agreements. You will be expected to deliver professional, courteous, accurate, efficient, and effective assistance in every customer interaction, thereby enhancing the overall customer journey. This position is vital in maintaining exceptional customer service standards and ensuring that customers feel supported and informed throughout their onboarding experience. In this role, you will utilize various communication channels to onboard new customers effectively. You will guide customers through the onboarding steps, ensuring they understand the process and feel confident in their decisions. Quick and efficient handling of inbound calls is essential, as is achieving department targets and maintaining expected productivity levels. You will also be responsible for ensuring that workflow processes are timely and accurate, protecting the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the company.
