About the position

As an Onboarding and Training Lead at Igentify, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that new customers are seamlessly integrated into our system, tailored to their specific needs, and well-trained to maximize their use of our solutions. The ideal candidate will also manage our Learning Management System (LMS), developing and preparing new training materials to support ongoing education and engagement. You will contribute to the development and deployment of onboarding processes and content updates, ensuring that all training materials are up-to-date and relevant to our clients' needs. In this role, you will lead client onboarding tasks, including customizations and training sessions, acting as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase. You will provide timely support and communication to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition into our platform. Your responsibilities will also include designing and developing training materials following industry-standard instructional design methodologies for computer-based training (CBT), virtual, and classroom training. Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of training programs will be crucial, as you will need to make improvements as needed to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for both new and existing customers, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to utilize our solutions effectively. Overseeing the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) will also be part of your duties, ensuring that all training resources are easily accessible and well-organized.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and deployment of onboarding processes and content updates.
  • Lead client onboarding tasks, including customizations and training sessions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, providing timely support and communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Design and develop training materials following industry-standard instructional design methodologies for CBT, virtual, and classroom training.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Training or Implementation within the technology sector, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • More than 3 years of experience in creating and producing curriculum and training materials.
  • Extensive knowledge of training processes.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams, including support, marketing, product, sales, IT, and operations.
  • Quick learner, always eager to embrace and master new technologies.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and organize workload.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

  • Experience in a startup environment - preferred
