About the position

As a Customer Onboarding Data Specialist at AxisCare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless transition of customer data into our system, which is vital for home care agencies to deliver exceptional care. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with advanced Excel skills who can manage multiple projects and communicate technical information effectively. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to meet project deadlines and ensure data accuracy during the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Extract, map, and cleanse data to ensure accurate migration.
• Use Excel skills to manipulate data for import.
• Create customer-ordered e-forms using built-in AxisCare tools.
• Update data migration tracking documents.
• Create new SaaS sites using provided tools and workflow.
• Update HubSpot (CRM) with additional client information.
• Communicate with Supervisor about any updates, issues, etc.
• Check/Reply to client and internal emails.
• Attend weekly meetings with Supervisor.
• Liaise with development and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Follow up with Client Agencies that have recently onboarded with Data Migration.
• Manage project deadlines, ensuring a high level of data accuracy.
• Collaborate with clients to explain technical processes and ensure their data is successfully onboarded.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas, shortcuts, and data manipulation.
• Experience in serving customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and project management skills.
