About the position

The Customer Onboarding Intern at McKesson will serve as a primary point of contact for clients who have chosen McKesson as their pharmaceutical wholesaler. This 10-week internship program is designed to provide interns with real-life working experience, exposure to various customers, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team environment. Interns will work closely with leadership and gain insights into the healthcare industry while contributing to customer success.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Onboarding team in supporting clients and customers.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and solve problems related to customer onboarding.
• Participate in weekly learning experiences with senior leadership.
• Engage in a cohort experience with other interns to share insights and experiences.

Requirements

• Enrolled as a full-time student at the Undergraduate or Graduate level.
• Must have completed a minimum of 75 credit hours by the start of the internship.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Major in a technical, business, technology, or analytics discipline.
• Superior collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong writing and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Ability to analyze and aggregate data.
