About the position

The Customer Onboarding Lead at SkyTouch Technology is responsible for delivering exceptional onboarding experiences to customers using the SkyTouch Platforms. This role involves building customer relationships, leading the onboarding process for new properties, and providing training and support to ensure effective use of the property management system. The position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with technology vendors and onboarding stakeholders to ensure successful installation of SkyTouch Platforms.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new properties, ensuring a seamless transition to SkyTouch's property management system.
  • Determine causes of any system limitations and use analytical problem-solving skills to deliver corrective measures.
  • Provide installation and training to customers, ensuring they are equipped to use the platform effectively.
  • Function as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for internal and external use and customer reference.
  • Ability to travel for onsite training or conferences.
  • Ability to work various hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • College degree in hospitality management or equivalent hotel hospitality experience required.
  • Hotel general manager experience preferred.
  • Experience with facilitating/training/presentation skills preferred.
  • Ability to train a diverse audience.
  • Ability to be flexible with changing schedules and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
  • Motivated team player with a positive attitude.
