About the position

The Customer Onboarding Manager for LATAM at SafetyCulture is a pivotal role within the Customer Success team, responsible for guiding new customers through their onboarding journey with SafetyCulture's products. This position focuses on ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the software, leveraging strong communication and stakeholder management skills to exceed customer expectations. The role involves project management, collaboration with sales and customer success teams, and driving customer engagement through data-driven insights and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own and project manage the onboarding of customers from post-sales through successful onboarding closeout.
  • Drive customer adoption by using data to understand how product usage drives ongoing success.
  • Understand and consult on product and industry best practices to act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Collaborate on projects to improve onboarding and customer success processes.
  • Lead onsite training and workshops for customers.
  • Share customer stories and best practices through team enablement sessions.
  • Provide insights on customer behaviors throughout their SafetyCulture onboarding.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience implementing software, preferably SaaS.
  • Ability to actively listen, understand customer pain points, and take action.
  • Ability to prioritize proactive outreach to customers and leverage playbooks and processes to drive success.
  • A strong passion for teaching, coaching, and delivering change through technology in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience leveraging data through various tools to inform and execute strategies that encourage product adoption.
  • Persuasion and presentation skills, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native or bilingual in Spanish.
