About the position

As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Fireflies.ai, you will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including pre-sales, customer success, and engineering, to manage the onboarding process and maintain client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain impeccable communication via email and calls with international clients, serving as the main point of contact for onboarding and relationship-building.
  • Handle enterprise-level clients in a dynamic environment, leveraging prior experience in consulting or customer success.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to meet quarterly onboarding and pre-sales targets, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Seamlessly manage pre-sales conversations and the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active user.
  • Utilize tools like Slack, Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, and Google Suite for client communication, task tracking, and relationship management.
  • Operate with a high level of ownership and independence, providing regular updates in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, pre-sales, client success, or account management, preferably with enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding client satisfaction and performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Experience working remotely with a proactive approach to communication and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, JIRA, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with pre-sales support and onboarding processes is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in EST/PST timezones.
