About the position

The position involves owning the customer onboarding and migration experience, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among customers, internal stakeholders, and third parties. The role focuses on implementing regional and global projects, managing project plans, and ensuring all client requirements are understood and documented. The candidate will be responsible for project performance, stakeholder communication, and creating a positive environment to drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer onboarding and migration experience with customers and stakeholders.
  • Focus on the implementation of regional and global projects using Amex GBT project documents.
  • Ensure project handover and readiness assessments are completed with Solutions Design teams.
  • Design the work breakdown structure and define resources required for the project.
  • Ensure all client requirements are documented for onward teams to action.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  • Create a positive environment to drive partnership and project success.
  • Manage project performance and communicate status, milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure E2E testing is completed and documented successfully.
  • Determine project call structure and manage stakeholder calls.
  • Contribute to team calls, sharing experiences and ideas for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for working directly with customers.
  • Understanding of Amex GBT and corporate travel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment across multiple geographies and functions.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to motivate a project team under pressure.
  • Business English is mandatory; multi-lingual capability is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Ability to inspire change and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple functional groups.
