About the position

As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Docyt, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless integration and successful onboarding of new customers onto our platform. This role serves as the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the initial setup process, addressing their concerns, and providing support to ensure a smooth transition. Your efforts will be crucial in establishing positive relationships with customers, driving satisfaction, and setting the stage for long-term success, while also managing the financial aspects of the client.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for new customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone calls, video conferences, and other channels to address inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Develop and maintain a structured onboarding process to efficiently guide customers through the necessary steps for successful integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.
  • Conduct training sessions and demonstrations to educate customers on the features and functionalities of our platform.
  • Identify and troubleshoot potential issues during the onboarding process, offering timely resolutions or escalating complex issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer onboarding and management.
  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Good knowledge in accounting and finance is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
