The primary purpose of this role is to own the customer onboarding and migration experience, collaborating with customers, internal stakeholders, and third parties as necessary. This position focuses on the customer and the implementation of regional and global projects, utilizing GBT project documents and adhering to the SID implementation process. The successful candidate will ensure that project handovers and readiness assessments with Solutions Design teams are completed, documenting any risks, actions, and follow-up items. They will design the work breakdown structure and identify the resources required for the project, ensuring that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined both internally and externally. It is crucial that all client requirements are thoroughly understood and documented for subsequent teams to act upon, including units, deployment, and traveler care. Additionally, the role involves developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring that the scope and approach are understood and signed off by all stakeholders. The candidate will create a positive and engaging environment to drive partnership and project success, while being empowered to manage project performance. They will communicate project status, milestones, changes, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies clearly. The role also requires ensuring that end-to-end testing is completed, documented, and corrected successfully, on time, and to a high quality as defined by the global testing plan. The candidate will determine the project call structure and manage stakeholder calls, contributing to team calls by sharing experiences and ideas for process improvements. A passion for working directly with customers and strong relationship-building skills are essential, along with an understanding of GBT and corporate travel. The ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment, manage across multiple geographies, functions, and time zones, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure is critical. Business English is mandatory, and multilingual capability is advantageous. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to drive change and manage projects effectively.
