About the position

The Customer Onboarding Representative at iClassPro is responsible for coaching new users on the company's software, providing consultancy to new software users, and working on retention initiatives for existing clients. This role involves conducting webinars for training new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth transition for customers upgrading from Signature to Premium software. The representative plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement with the software.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching new end users on our software
  • Being a consultant to our new software users
  • Upgrading customers from Signature to Premium
  • Working on retention initiatives for existing clients
  • Conducting webinars on training new and existing clients

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients of varying technical experiences
  • Experience with iClassPro software or similar industry experience is a plus

Nice-to-haves

  • Industry experience with children's activity centers
  • Familiarity with software solutions for gym, swim, dance, or cheer businesses
