About The Position
The Customer Onboarding Specialist (COS) plays a crucial role in enhancing the experience of Medicare Advantage clients through effective communication and support. This position involves conducting both outbound and inbound calls to assist clients with their Medicare applications, ensuring accurate information, and providing education on available options. The specialist is responsible for performing Health Risk Assessments and managing client interactions with a focus on satisfaction and resolution of inquiries.
