About the position

The Customer Onboarding Specialist at SpotHopper is responsible for managing the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are satisfied and see value in the service provided. This role is crucial for maintaining customer happiness and driving revenue growth for the company, which specializes in marketing solutions for restaurants.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of the onboarding process for 10-15 new customers each month
  • Conduct demos of the platform and answer questions
  • Handle inbound emails/tickets from customers
  • Schedule photoshoots
  • Work with the customer and the design team on their new websites

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Lever, iCIMS, and ATS systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
