As a Customer Operations and Logistics Analyst, you will work to fulfill contracted service obligations utilizing cutting-edge technology and excellent customer service skills. This role requires you to work independently in a professional capacity to deliver supply chain management activities and services provided by Century Distribution Systems to our customers. In this position, you will engage in all facets of logistical services, providing operational support for customers. You will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring all communication via email between customers and Century Offices to keep updated on customer account status and requirements. Additionally, you will review documentation for compliance and monitor, analyze, and perform quality control procedures on operational deliverables.
