The coordinator will work closely with a dynamic team to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize processes related to electric vehicle initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of company and product goals.
• Communicate program details to customers accurately and professionally.
• Track rebate applications from intake to disbursement.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding EV programs and eligibility.
• Process customer rebate applications and facilitate approvals.
• Perform data entry and provide accurate programmatic data tracking.
• Assist in optimizing customer enrollment and documentation processes.
• Participate in problem-solving related to EV programs.
• Support miscellaneous special EV assignments.
• Identify areas of process improvement for the Residential and Commercial EV team.

Requirements

• 0 to 1 year's work experience, entry-level position.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Experience with data analytics.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Prior Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Nice-to-haves

• Some work experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Experience with SAP would be an asset.
• Experience in electric vehicles and customer-facing products.
• Experience with Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) data and Time of Use (TOU) rates.
