About the position

The position supports Health Plan customers by providing advanced technical, navigational, and administrative assistance. The role focuses on resolving customer concerns related to installation, operation, maintenance, or product application, emphasizing customer-centric activities and troubleshooting software issues. The candidate will also document customer information and recurring technical issues to enhance product quality and development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical and administrative support to Health Plan customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns related to installation, operation, and maintenance of products.
  • Troubleshoot software application issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues for product quality programs.
  • Share best practices to facilitate team growth and development.
  • Conduct research and resolution across multiple departments with minimal management escalation.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, account management, or technical customer support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, HTML, and basic SQL or report creation experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Industry knowledge in Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or Healthcare.
