In this role, the Customer Operations Specialist will be responsible for handling purchase orders from generation to submission to clients. This includes building purchase orders in the Order Management System, verifying customer information and pricing, and ensuring that quantities match with the shipping system. The specialist will also enter orders into the system, verify and reconcile financial information, and problem-solve any account and billing issues that may arise. The position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams. Candidates should have prior experience in operations or a related field, particularly in handling order processing for a distribution company. Familiarity with accounting practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing, is essential. Proficiency in MS Office is also required, as the role involves significant data entry and communication tasks. Requirements
