About the position

The Customer Program Manager Internship offers an opportunity for students to engage in real-world projects while collaborating with teams globally. Interns will contribute to revenue generation efforts for small and medium businesses (SMB) and assist in business planning and program offerings. This role emphasizes learning and development, allowing interns to explore their passions and bring innovative solutions to life in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and contribute to small and medium business (SMB) business plans, key solution plays, and program offerings within the local market.
• Evaluate elements of customer or partner program performance across a local market to predict the likelihood of sustained or increased return.
• Support the evaluation of small and medium business customer base with virtual team stakeholders to understand drivers of customer needs.
• Assist counterparts across the business (e.g., Finance, Business Group Leadership, Marketing) to develop business strategies with supervision and guidance.
• Attend meetings with internal or external stakeholders to gain buy-in and alignment on plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• Currently pursuing a degree with at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship.
