About the position

The position involves leading multi-functional teams to integrate customer, hardware, and software partners at NVIDIA, focusing on the development of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision products. The role requires defining strategies for embedded product solutions, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful customer acceptance and production deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-functional teams to integrate customer, hardware, and software partners.
  • Define strategy and tactics for driving embedded product solutions.
  • Scope projects and assemble core support teams.
  • Kick off projects with customers and develop joint project timelines.
  • Support design-in efforts by providing technical collateral and tools.
  • Lead engineering design reviews and ensure implementation of customer-required features.
  • Drive resolution of blocking issues and ensure timely customer acceptance.
  • Coordinate and lead complex technical discussions between engineering teams.
  • Work closely with various teams to resolve technical and logistical issues.
  • Communicate program status and key issues to customers and management.
  • Identify organizational learning opportunities for continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years overall experience with 5+ years in embedded or related industry focusing on program/project management.
  • Proven deep customer savvy from executing complex programs with strategic customers.
  • Strong technical knowledge in board/system design, BSP development, and AI solutions.
  • Supreme leadership skills across diverse functional teams in a global environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong experience with customers on complex products with leading edge hardware and software architectures.
  • Comfortable defining and executing complex programs with an understanding of dependencies and critical paths.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems and AI solutions is a plus.
  • Proven record of handling multiple customers and programs across worldwide geographies.
