About the position

The Customer Program Manager at Irdeto serves as a crucial link between customers, partners, product managers, sales, and engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex customer projects. This role involves managing end-to-end solutions for the Fleet team within the Connected Transport Business Unit, providing ongoing account management and customer support, and contributing insights to enhance product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing customer program launches, delivery schedules, and milestones.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address risks, maintain change logs, and align roadmaps with goals.
  • Leading customer support activities, including product installation, training, and issue resolution.
  • Conducting account management activities and providing commercial responses to customers as needed.
  • Traveling to customer sites for business reviews and field support if required.
  • Contributing insights to enhance product quality and scalability for production and commercial needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in program/project management of automotive electronics or within the commercial fleet industry with a focus on customer-facing roles.
  • A technical background with experience in vehicle electronics, systems, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and customer-facing presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer interactions to a successful conclusion.
  • Experience with mobile applications and cloud interfaces to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience).
  • PMP certification or basic understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites on occasion.
