UCT is looking for a talented Customer Program Manager III to join us in Austin, TX! The Customer Program Manager is responsible for effective execution of all order management. Orders included with the scope are production, NPI (new product introduction), and RMA (return material authorization, such as failure analysis, repair, refurbish, and re-configuration) orders. In addition to order management responsibilities, the Customer Program Manager is responsible for commercial responsibilities related to the products/commodities that they manage. Commercial activities include the timely completion of quotes, accounts receivables, claims, and credit memos. The role involves various levels of responsibilities, starting from administrative tasks to more complex order management and commercial activities. The Customer Program Manager will need to follow documented procedures, maintain customer dashboards, and ensure on-time shipments while managing customer expectations. As the role progresses, the responsibilities will include negotiating with customers, managing inventory levels, and leading cross-functional teams to meet customer demands and commercial objectives. The position may also involve people management and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in the semiconductor industry and experience in managing customer programs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Effective execution of all order management including production, NPI, and RMA orders.
• Timely completion of quotes, accounts receivables, claims, and credit memos.
• Maintain Customer Dashboards, scorecards, and UCT ERP system with weekly updates.
• Obtain missing order information from customers and assist with order date management research.
• Ensure on-time shipments and reconcile with customers weekly, achieving OTD to site commit date of >= 98% and OTD to Customer need date of >= 85%.
• Escalate material/labor shortages to meet site commit dates and attend production meetings as necessary.
• Prepare quotes for review and approval and submit to customers, resolving invoicing problems with the Customer & UCT Finance.
• Manage and report consignment/PACE programs OTD & inventory levels weekly.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align on activities needed to meet or exceed goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline for Level 1.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline for Level 2-3.
• MBA or bachelor's degree with PMP/PGMP certification for Level 4.
• 3-5 years' experience in a semiconductor or similar industry for Level 1-2.
• 5+ years' experience in a semiconductor or similar industry for Level 3-4.
• People management skills & experience desired for CPM 3 and 4 levels.
