UCT is looking for a talented Customer Program Manager III to join us in Austin, TX! The Customer Program Manager is responsible for effective execution of all order management. Orders included with the scope are production, NPI (new product introduction), and RMA (return material authorization, such as failure analysis, repair, refurbish, and re-configuration) orders. In addition to order management responsibilities, the Customer Program Manager is responsible for commercial responsibilities related to the products/commodities that they manage. Commercial activities include the timely completion of quotes, accounts receivables, claims, and credit memos. The role involves various levels of responsibilities, starting from administrative tasks to more complex order management and commercial activities. The Customer Program Manager will need to follow documented procedures, maintain customer dashboards, and ensure on-time shipments while managing customer expectations. As the role progresses, the responsibilities will include negotiating with customers, managing inventory levels, and leading cross-functional teams to meet customer demands and commercial objectives. The position may also involve people management and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in the semiconductor industry and experience in managing customer programs effectively.
