About the position

The Customer Relations & Logistics Manager at Seakeeper Inc. is responsible for overseeing the customer experience from order receipt to product delivery, ensuring that the company meets the needs of its B2B partners, including boat builders and certified dealers. This role involves managing logistics processes, customer communications, and team performance to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all logistics processes from inventory transfer to shipping.
  • Review sales orders in the ERP system (NetSuite) for accuracy and compliance with contracted rates.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure timely payment and shipment of products.
  • Manage accounts receivable collections and evaluate delinquent accounts.
  • Oversee customer communications and handle escalated customer relations issues.
  • Ensure rapid and professional responses to email inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Manage end-to-end product flow from production to shipping, including customer allocation.
  • Direct inventory transfers and optimize load plans for shipping.
  • Utilize and update the production slot system, communicating any shipping delays.
  • Drive timely shipment and delivery of products in partnership with 3PL logistics partners.
  • Maintain customer-level pricing records and implement process improvements.
  • Drive automations in the ERP system to reduce manual inputs.
  • Guide customers to self-service solutions in the Partner Center.
  • Set goals for team members and provide training and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience using an ERP system to manage customer records from sale to shipment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
  • Exceptional command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills.

  • Experience in outbound freight logistics (LTL, FTL, Air, Ocean, Parcel).
  • People management experience.
  • Leadership in process improvement projects within a CRM or ERP.
  • Customer-facing experience in any function.
  • Customer service experience, ideally in premium goods.
  • Experience in A/R collections.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
