About the position

The Customer Relations Specialist at Joshua Peck & Associates is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both potential and existing clients. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and assisting in achieving agency service goals. The specialist will also identify opportunities for cross-selling and coordinate with sales specialists for follow-up actions.

Responsibilities

  • Provides personalized, professional customer service experiences by building trust and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products by following established agency processes and procedures.
  • Processes changes to existing accounts and policies.
  • Serves as a liaison on behalf of the customer between the agency and various business partners.
  • Schedules appointments with existing or prospective customers for agency employees.

Requirements

  • Active insurance license required.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experienced with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer).
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task customers and daily tasks to meet goals set by agency.
