This full-time position involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing our brand positively. Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Providing accurate information about our products/services and assisting customers in making informed decisions.
• Resolving customer issues effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Documenting interactions and transactions accurately in our customer database.
• Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to enhancing overall customer support strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, with a strong background in phone-based customer interactions.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to various customer scenarios.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
