About the position

The Customer Sales and Service Representative role is focused on providing exceptional customer service and sales support to enhance revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The position involves managing leads, engaging with clients, and closing deals while receiving comprehensive training in various business areas, including sales strategies and customer relations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new customer accounts to increase revenue.
  • Work directly with customers to discuss and support their needs.
  • Conduct client visits with new and existing customers.
  • Educate and engage with clients.
  • Create and submit sales reports.
  • Utilize technology like Salesforce for customer service and sales presentations.
  • Evaluate each client's needs and negotiate successful deals.
  • Work directly with the management team on individual training and development.
  • Increase customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training or mentoring of associates.

Requirements
