About the position

The Customer Sales Manager at Haleon is a key role within the commercial sales organization, responsible for developing and executing a strategic joint business plan with Kroger. This position focuses on aligning customer needs with Haleon's brand offerings, ensuring growth and brand value through effective collaboration and strategic planning. The role requires a deep understanding of the market and the ability to leverage data and technology to drive sales and enhance customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a strategic Joint Business Plan that aligns customer and company priorities.
  • Attain budget goals, grow market share, and execute plans with excellence.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with both Kroger and Haleon teams.
  • Lead the internal commercial planning cycle for assigned categories.
  • Analyze business data to understand drivers and project future trends.
  • Utilize syndicated and retail data effectively for decision-making.
  • Plan and execute trade activation plans, including promotions and shopper activations.
  • Continuously assess customer, competition, and marketplace dynamics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of FMCG/CPG sales experience with retailers
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and conferences
  • Resides in the agreed-upon geography
