Starting as a Lead Generator, employees will undergo a comprehensive 90-day training program that equips them with the necessary skills to generate qualified sales leads and transition into a Customer Sales Representative role. This position emphasizes personal growth, continuous support, and the opportunity to build a successful book of business with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 90-day training program to develop sales skills and knowledge of the logistics supply chain.
• Place cold calls to leads and prospects to generate qualified sales leads.
• Communicate effectively with prospective customers to uncover their needs and present value propositions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating qualified sales leads within 60 days of training.
• Exhibit the ability to make 300+ phone calls a week to leads and prospects by the end of the training period.
• Transition into a Customer Sales Representative role after successful completion of training and begin building a personal book of business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Professional Selling, or related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience in Logistics Supply Chain preferred.
• Proficiency with computer software applications including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with a CRM/ERP tool.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under deadlines and multi-task effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate results into actionable solutions.
