About the position

The Customer Sales & Service Representative role involves providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, processing orders, and assisting in sales efforts. This position requires teamwork and flexibility, as representatives may also assist in the warehouse when needed. The role is designed as a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment and commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Take calls from customers and provide professional support.
• Process customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.
• Expedite returns and source parts as needed.
• Assist in generating sales and support the sales team.
• Help in the stockroom with picking small orders.

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
