About the position

The Customer SDR I role at Culture Amp focuses on driving qualified pipeline opportunities through inbound and outbound activities within existing customer accounts. This position serves as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers to enhance their experience with Culture Amp's products and services. The ideal candidate will work closely with Account Managers, Marketing, and SDR Leaders to expand customer engagement and ensure timely responses to inquiries, ultimately contributing to the company's mission of improving the world of work.

Responsibilities

  • Drive qualified pipeline opportunities through inbound and outbound activities within existing customer accounts.
  • Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries from existing customers via website, events, and phone calls.
  • Identify and research existing customer accounts to engage with, using strategic tools.
  • Incorporate various outreach tactics and innovate new methods to generate interest among existing customers.
  • Utilize phone calls, emails, videos, and social media outreach to engage customers.
  • Review and analyze activity metrics to consistently meet goals.
  • Adjust Outreach sequence content based on performance.
  • Qualify existing customer account interest for potential expansion opportunities.
  • Balance inbound and outbound outreach with territory/segment-based strategy in partnership with Account Manager & Marketing.
  • Conduct research on HR news/trends affecting customers and position Culture Amp's solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone presence.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
  • Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and processes.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and experience working closely with Sales & Marketing.
  • Proficiency using SDR tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense, Chili Piper, LinkedIn, GSuite.
