About the position

The Customer Service Account Coordinator at Allied National Services is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating vendor services and responding to service requests. This role involves significant responsibility in managing customer interactions and ensuring that services meet both client and company requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring daily attendance of employees
  • Scheduling special services over the phone
  • Pre and Post confirming of special services over the phone
  • Responding to emails and phone calls
  • Updating CRM software
  • Following up on equipment repairs
  • Following up on service issues over the phone
  • Processing contractor invoices
  • Locating, vetting, hiring, and processing new contractors and employees

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience providing excellent customer service and client satisfaction in an office setting
  • Strong work history (no job jumpers)
  • Superior multi-tasking skills
  • Assertive, confident and good judgment to make sound decisions based on business needs
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
  • Solid organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong ability to pay attention to detail and engage in detailed follow-up in a high transaction business environment
  • Management experience desired but not required
  • Associates or bachelor's degree desired but not required
