About the position

The Customer Service Account Manager (Licensed-Entry Level) position at Assured Partners of Florida is focused on providing exceptional risk management solutions within the Personal Lines department. This role involves supporting a growing client base by managing client inquiries and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The position is remote for candidates with the appropriate licenses, and it offers a base salary along with monthly bonus potential.

Responsibilities

  • Answer 20-30 calls per day from existing clients, mortgage brokers, realtors, and other referral sources.
  • Provide client service through electronic, telephone, and in-person interactions.
  • Utilize Agency Management software to manage client accounts effectively.
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their insurance needs.

Requirements

  • 440, 220, or 2044 Florida Insurance License required; no other licenses will be considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Florida Personal Lines insurance in a broker setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Excess & Surplus (E & S) Lines in personal lines insurance.
