This role also involves responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, updating CRM software, and following up on equipment repairs and service issues. Additionally, the manager will process contractor invoices and play a key role in locating, vetting, hiring, and processing new contractors and employees. The office operates from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, providing a structured work environment that supports work-life balance.
