Allied National Services is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager to join our corporate office in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining effective communication between our clients and service vendors. The ideal candidate will be reliable, upbeat, and assertive, taking on significant responsibilities to meet the needs of our customers. The Customer Service Account Manager will coordinate vendor services primarily over the phone and respond to various customer service requests, ensuring that all services provided align with both client and company business requirements. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily attendance of employees, scheduling special services, and confirming these services both before and after they occur. You will also handle incoming emails and phone calls, update our CRM software, and follow up on equipment repairs and service issues. Additionally, processing contractor invoices and locating, vetting, hiring, and processing new contractors and employees will be part of your duties. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The office operates from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, providing a structured work environment that allows for a focus on customer needs and operational efficiency.
