About the position

The Customer Service Account Manager will oversee customer relationships and service execution in the DC and Northern Virginia markets. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with sales teams to drive business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B business, particularly in food and beverage services, and will be passionate about customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders at each customer location.
  • Assure proper execution of service to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop equipment and product menus to address refreshment and pantry needs of customer base.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize company software to run reports to analyze business revenue and profitability.
  • Present new products and services as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for business development in appointed market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service management role or similar position.
  • Background in Food, Grocery, OCS or B2B business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
