Vaco LA is collaborating with a client in the Lighting Manufacturing industry to find a qualified Customer Service/Account Manager to join their Customer Service team. This position is based in Chatsworth, CA, and is fully in-office. The company is offering a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 on a direct hire basis. This role presents significant opportunities for professional growth within a stable company environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective communication between customers and various departments, providing technical support to customers and other agents, and relaying information regarding shipping, order status, pricing, and more to all customers. The successful candidate will have over three years of experience in Customer/Account Management support, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the Manufacturing sector, particularly in Lighting Manufacturing. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
