Responsibilities

  • Handling daily administrative duties, such as submitting hourly reports and data collection/entry
  • Typing quotes for in-house and subcontractor teams
  • Contacting customers in various locations for additional information
  • Facilitating inter-departmental communication
  • Assisting departments where needed or requested

Requirements

  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Good at math
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone communication
  • At least 5 years of experience at one job with no job hopping
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
