About the position

The Customer Service Administrative Assistant at Contractors State License Schools (CSLS) plays a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service to students and prospective clients. This full-time position involves assisting customers with inquiries about programs and services, managing student records, and supporting the sales staff. The role is essential for ensuring student satisfaction and helping individuals achieve their goals in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customers and students visiting or contacting the school.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to ensure student satisfaction.
  • Assist students with applications, bonds, DBA's, Corporations, etc.
  • Maintain knowledge of all products and services to better serve each student.
  • Maintain student records through the Customer Management System (CMS).
  • Use CMS to track student progress and update student records.
  • Address student and counselor's concerns, questions, and conflicts over the phone or in person.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the sales staff at the school.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • 2 years of administrative experience required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Strong phone and email communication skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills are necessary.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
