As a Customer Service Administrator at Affiliated Building Maintenance, you will serve as a vital link between field technicians and clients, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. Responsibilities

  • Act as a guide between field technicians and clients.
  • Schedule jobs and create proposals as needed.
  • Contact technicians onsite for job updates.
  • Follow up with clients to inform them of job completion.
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects and keep clients informed on their status.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Experience in dispatching and administrative support preferred.
  • Willingness to work hard and learn new things.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Teams, and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the construction or restoration trades.
  • Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts payable, or accounts receivable.
  • Experience in account management or project management.
