About the position

As a Customer Service Advisor at Valvoline, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, responsible for creating lasting impressions and building customer loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Present oil change options and additional services based on customer needs.
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Suggest additional services based on inspections and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with customers face-to-face.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the automotive field.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Full mobility to work with hands above head and stand for extended periods.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry is a plus.
