About the position
The Customer Service Advisor at Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking representation in personal injury cases. This role involves connecting with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the legal team.
Responsibilities
- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team.
- Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered.
- Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge.
- Qualify clients for representation in Personal Injury cases through inbound calls.
- Communicate with Intake Manager and legal support team members about facts on each potential case.
- Send and receive Intake documents.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and active listening skills.
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar legal intake roles, sales, or call center space.
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction.
- Flexible schedule for evenings and weekend shifts.
- Strong sales knowledge and ability to sign on new clients.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (must be fluent).
- CRM/CMS experience.
